I first wrapped Flatty with Steel Panels my father would braze into place. I added new Engine Rings, Bearings & more. I then painted Flatty - Tan, Black then finally Yellow. Flatty still runs strong with the same 'High School era' rebuilt engine, transmission, t-case, axles & more.
In 1977 Mitch bought his first set of JACKMAN WHEELS that are on Flatty today...see JACKMAN social media for more.
Flatty & Friends were featured in 4Wheel Off Road Nov. 1984 edition - again re-printed by-demand in the 1985 4Wheel Off Road Annual.
